We've designed interiors, exteriors, furnishings, fixtures and a few inanimate objects that are difficult to characterize. We have never designed an exterior in the early Chalukyan style and are not the right designers for you if you envision your interior bedecked with Chintz.
That having been said, the palette of styles we work in is broad.
One of the context in which a design must succeed, no matter what is style, is the one constituted by codes and ordinances. Since we design to build, permitting is an integral part of our design process. We do permits.
MANAGEMENT

We oversee and coordinate a project's various parts to ensure that it is realized on time, on budget and in accordance with the client's requirements. What's more, our experience permits us to make recommendations on design and engineering issues, assist in resolving contractual matters and evaluate proposed changes to schedule and budget. We can also be more intimately involved in the construction process by administering bids and contracts, procuring fixtures and furnishings, and directly managing the trades and coordinating their activities.
